Above is a screen shot of the PD-1000 Surface Profiling software. Using an X-Y stage, a 3 dimensional representation of a surface profile is generated. In the above sample, a false colour plot represents the surface profile of a laser-ablated plate. The software is fast, easy to use and can be customized to fit customer needs.
Above is a screen shot of Standard PD-1000 software displaying a scan of a 1mm micrometer winding. Target is a micrometer-driven mirror using a standard 1cm focal distance Fizeau-cavity probe. The Standard PD-1000 software is fast, easy to use and can be customized to fit customer needs.
The following are screen shots of the Vibration Analysis PD-1000 software displaying the vibration of a loudspeaker diaphragm. A small mirror is attached to the dust cap of the loudspeaker, and the probe is a standard 1cm focal distance Fizeau-cavity probe.
The Vibration Analysis PD-1000 software performs Butterworth filtering, differentiation of the displacement signal to get velocity and acceleration, and generates a Power Spectrum. The system can be configured to synchronously acquire an auxiliary input and perform system response calculations.
The first image below displays the loudspeaker step response. The second image displays a portion of the loudspeaker response to a chirped sine sweep input.
